STANDORT | LOCATION Der Hochhausentwurf auf einem Grundstück am Flughafen und Frankfurter Kreuz – perfekt für ein Landmark geeignet – zeichnet sich durch das richtige Maß an Exklusivität einerseits und Ra- tionalität andererseits aus. Der an imaginär gespannten Bogenlinien ausgerichtete Gebäu- dekörper verspricht Vielseitigkeit in Form und Raum. Die in ra- tional‐planare Dreiecksfl ächen aufgelöste Fassadenkonstruk- tion unterliegt einem parametrisch erzeugten Algorithmus, der gezielt an wirtschaftliche und fl ugtechnische Aspekte angepasst werden kann. Der Grundriss ist so organisiert, dass vier seperat nutzbare Bü- rofl ügel als kleinste Einheit um ein offenes zentrales Zentrum – sprich Atrium – rotieren. Das Atrium schafft durch seine groß- zügig gestalteten Brücken Verbindung und Aufenthaltszonen zugleich. Duch diesen Brückenschlag zwischen den Gebäude- spangen werden weitere größere Zusammenschlüsse von Miet- einheiten möglich. Die fl ügelartige Ausformung der Spangenen- den gibt Blicke nach draußen von jedem Arbeitsplatz frei. The building shell, following the arched lines with their im- aginary tension, promises versatility of form and space. The façade structure, dissolved into rationally-planar triangles fol- lows a parametrically generated algorithm that may be adapt- ed to business- and aviation-related aspects. The fl oor plan groups four offi ce wings, each of which could be used separately as smallest possible unit, around an open atrium in the centre. The atrium with its generously designed skywalks provides both connectivity and recreational areas. This brilliant way of bridging the wings will also let occupiers merge separate rental units to form a larger whole. All work- places in the building wings, whose ends resemble aircraft wings, come with a view.
